“I am writing this letter today to express my sincere appreciation and recommendation of Prochaska & Associates. There are many professionals that I work with on a daily basis, and many do a great job to meet the needs of Educational Service Unit 8. However, there are not many that I would take the time out of my daily tasks to write a letter of recommendation. Prochaska & Associates is an exception.”
Project Info
The two buildings to house Educational Service Unit 8 Office were originally built in 1901 and 1910 in Neligh, Nebraska. The exterior architecture renovation’s goal was to retain the character with complete interior renovation of the space that will function and be updated with many elements needed for the teachers and students training. Prochaska & Associates was retained to do full service restoration and renovation, including the interior finishes and equipment. Some of the project’s priorities were: walls between the tech classroom and lobby, to be added along with the video room in the southwest corner, mobile marker wall dividers with storage in between to be used in the flex classroom, storefront display and collaboration areas, all the wall and window surfaces were to be writable with dry markers using special wall paint and writable glass in the flex classroom and lobby, the north stair was removed and the new ESU 8 Logo was shown in the modesty screens attached to the railings.
